Groupe RP's story began in 2008 when two friends, Alexandre Pariseau and David Dion, partnered up and founded Precision Recruitment, a recruitment agency and headhunting firm in Montreal, specializing in accounting and finance.
The business quickly took off, leading to the launch of Prestige Recruitment, a division of Groupe RP focused on recruitment and headhunting in the fashion and retail industries. This was followed by the establishment of Performance Recruitment, formerly known as 4iT Recruitment, specializing in niche industries such as engineering, construction, architecture, IT, industrial jobs, and technical trades.
In 2017, Jean-Philippe Caron joined as a third partner.
In 2021, Propulsion Recruitment was established as a division that brings together expert headhunters in pharmacy and health.
By consolidating these four specialized recruitment entities and expanding their presence with offices in Quebec City, Toronto, and Ottawa, Groupe RP has become the go-to headhunting firm of choice. They now have nearly 75 headhunters supporting the growth of hundreds of businesses across Quebec and Canada.
