Accounts payable and receivable clerk - Reception

- Process invoices received by email/paper and check with purchase orders ;
- Collect payments via Interac and rent cheques ;
- Coordinate deposits at the bank ;
- Prepare the cheques ;
- Enter billing data in the Hopem software and make the overall ranking ;
- Assist in the company’s annual external audit ;
- Prepare billing files for representations to the Administrative Housing Tribunal ;
- Manage the general reception (suppliers, positions and guests) ;
- Order office supplies and coordinate payments.
Requirements
- Relevant Accounting Training (CED/CED) ;
- 1 to 3 years of experience in accounting and/or administration ;
- Great thoroughness and rigour ;
- Respect of Strict deadlines ;
- Sense of responsibility and organization ;
- Priority management ;
- Autonomy and teamwork ;
- Honesty, reliability and loyalty ;
- Speed of execution ;
- Positive attitude and good communication ;
- Proficiency in the Hopem software (asset) ;
- Bilingualism (English clients).
