- Check daily deposits collection ;
- Collect and record cheques in the accounting system, in a multi-company context ;
- Conduct credit surveys in a discreet and efficient manner, and make recommendations to your supervisor ;
- Manage outstanding files, in conjunction with your supervisor and account managers ;
- Review, assess, propose and apply credit limits in conjunction with supervisor ;
- Ensure the control and reconciliation of petty cash ;
- Monthly billing in several companies as well as national accounts ;
- Track employee billing and ensure their personal information is protected ;
- Replace immediate supervisor in case of absence, illness or vacation.
Requirements
- DEC in administrative techniques ;
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or related field
- Written and oral English (Communications with Ontario and the Maritimes) ;
- Excellent command of the Microsoft Office environment (including Excel) ;
- Ease with the various accounts receivable management systems;
- Stress management ;
