Accounting Clerk

- Complete the accounts payable and receivable cycle;
- Perform bank reconciliation;
- Communicate with suppliers regarding invoice inconsistencies;
- Follow-up on overdue accounts;
- Prepare invoices;
- Perform all other related tasks.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role;
- Experience of working in the real estate sector;
- Experience of working in a multi-company environment;
- Knowledge of Sage ;
- Bilingualism in French and English (in order to communicate with suppliers across Canada);
- Proficiency in Excel.
