We are looking for an Administrative Officer and IT Support (Core) to join the team of one of our clients, a legal education organization.

Responsibilities

  • Support the team in the daily management of the company’s business such as logistics and material resources ;
  • Guarantee the company’s correspondence and propose correspondence projects ;
  • Ensure the document management, filing and archiving of the organization’s documents ;
  • Support organization file tree (SharePoint) ;
  • Perform various updates, particularly of different company contact lists ;
  • Contribute to the reception and integration of new people, including the student team ;
  • Handle external requests (phone and email) ;
  • Support research, data compilation and production of various documents ;
  • Provide IT support, training and documentation to internal and peripheral users within the organization (team, CA) ;
  • Configure user profiles, monitor activities, deploy software and manage the IT fleet on a daily basis ;
  • Develop diagnostics and resolve technical issues ;
  • Execute and share IT standards, procedures and communications related to IT best practices ;
  • Participate in the implementation and technical update of selected IT solutions ;
  • Collaborate on the cybersecurity plan ;
  • Stay informed of updates recommended by Microsoft/ Office 365.

Requirements

  • DEC in IT or equivalent ;
  • Experience in operationalizing IT systems, preferably with a specialization in Office 365 and SharePoint ;
  • Proficiency in the Adobe suite ;
  • Good knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) tools and backup technologies and archiving methods ;
  • Experience in deploying and administering Microsoft operating systems ;
  • Excellent ability to analyze and diagnose software and hardware problems, and learn new concepts and technologies quickly ;
  • Microsoft technology certification ;
  • Knowledge of the basics of SEM and Google Analytics ;
  • Knowledge of graphic design software ;
  • Autonomy and resourcefulness ;
  • Communication and conceptualization of ideas ;
  • Versatility and priority management ;
  • Customer service orientation ;
  • Analysis and problem solving ;
  • Planning and Organizing.
