- Support management and assist the accounting team in clerical tasks ;
- Manage mail, mailings, and communications (physical and electronic) ;
- Draft, format and transmit documents (Word, PowerPoint, PDF, Excel) to departments and other parties ;
- Greet customers, manage conference room, low-volume phone calls and reservations ;
- Coordinate signatures, make payments for customers and update various registers ;
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and physical office space.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' relevant experience ;
- Experience in an accounting firm or tax department (asset) ;
- Proficiency in Office suite ;
- Bilingualism in English and French required (English-speaking clientele) ;
- Excellent written and oral communication skills ;
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills ;
- Excellent organizational and planning skills ;
- Team player with a positive attitude ;
- Resourcefulness and ability to work independently.
