We collaborate with an Architecture company in Ontario for looking a Licensed Architect. An opportunity in this small company in which you can evolve and contribute to the various projects.

Responsibilities

  • Develop design and construction documents;
  • Coordinate architectural drawings with consultant drawings;
  • Prepare specifications and cost estimates;
  • Assist with contract administration services including shop drawing review;
  • Analyze building codes, space requirements, and site requirements;
  • Prepare of RFP submissions.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years experience;
  • Licenced Architect with the Ontario Association of Architects;
  • Proficient in producing Contract Documents in AutoCAD and Revit.
