Construction Project Manager

- Ensure that project performance indicators are met ;
- Plan, manage and follow up on the implementation stages of the projects ;
- Ensure the logistics of the work and the coordination between the various stakeholders ;
- Ensure the delivery of the installations according to the deadlines and budgets ;
- Verify the conformity of the work with the technical documents issued ;
- Carry out post-implementation control and perform diagnostics to rectify problems ;
- Establish and maintain a relationship of trust with clients, subcontractors and suppliers ;
- Monitor ongoing budget and approve invoicing of suppliers and subcontractors ;
- Any other related duties.
Requirements
- Technical training in building mechanics ;
- Completed graduate studies in a relevant field (management, engineering, or other) ;
- Between 3 and 10 years of experience in project management in the building industry ;
- Experience in HVAC management of office buildings or schools ;
- Bilingualism required ;
- Communication skills ;
- Ability to work in a team environment ;
- Sense of responsibility ;
- Thoroughness ;
- Mastery of the Office suite ;
- Knowledge of Acrobat, Clickup (asset) ;
- Excellent planning and organizational skills.
