- Manage and support multiple projects, spending time on client sites and ensuring project progress;
- Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and schedules;
- Coordinate procurement, consultant, and contractor deliverables, and monitor project changes;
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through business development and networking;
- Provide mentorship to project team members and participate in team meetings;
- Maintain commercial awareness of industry trends and cross-sell services;
- Ensure adherence to client terms of engagement and report quality;
- Engage in continuous professional development and maintain professional designations.
Requirements
- 7+ years of project or construction management experience on capital projects;
- 3+ years of leadership experience, with a degree in Construction Project Management, Engineering, or Architecture preferred;
- Professional certification (PMP, P.Eng, MRICS) required;
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills, with attention to detail and sound judgment;
- Ability to build strong relationships across all levels and motivate team members;
- Strong time management, business acumen, and financial analysis skills;
- Self-motivated with high integrity and a commitment to quality work;
- Willingness to travel, conduct site visits, and work outside normal hours as needed.
