- Manage 15-25 projects per month, including site inspections, reports, and budget reviews;
- Prepare progress claim reports, analyze site progress, and recommend loan advances;
- Conduct detailed analysis of development proposals and stay informed about market trends;
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while actively networking and developing business opportunities;
- Provide regular updates to line managers and ensure the highest quality of deliverables;
- Participate in team meetings, mentor project consultants, and introduce new employees to site visits;
- Engage in continuous professional development through courses and certifications.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5-to 8 years of relevant experience;
- University Degree or equivalent to any of the following, Quantity Surveying, Construction, and Engineering;
- Computer literate with good knowledge and understanding of computer-based software.
