Estimation and Procurement Coordinator

- Prepare and follow up contracts and purchase orders;
- Document files with estimation and procurement activities;
- Communicate with subcontractors and suppliers to follow up on orders and bids;
- Coordinate between departments;
- Participate in tender activities;
- Translate documents when necessary;
- Perform all other related tasks.
Requirements
- Construction and/or estimating background;
- Work experience in a similar role;
- Bilingualism in French and English (in order to communicate with French-speaking suppliers);
- Knowledge of MS Office Suite;
- Knowledge of Procore is an asset.
