Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate and manage all aspects of project delivery; 
  • Communicate with stakeholders to ensure smooth operations; 
  • Manage the work team and subcontractors; 
  • Promote health and safety standards; 
  • Oversee budgets; 
  • Contribute to contract administration; 
  • Perform all other related tasks. 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in construction engineering, building engineering or civil engineering; 
  • Minimum of 15 years' experience; 
  • Experience in multi-residential project management; 
  • Bilingualism in French and English (in order to communicate with French-speaking stakeholders);
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite; 
  • Knowledge of Procore is an asset.
