- Coordinate all stages of projects;
- Analyze plans and specifications and make recommendations to improve processes;
- Communicate with suppliers and subcontractors to negotiate contracts;
- Carry out financial monitoring of established budgets;
- Ensure that work progresses according to schedule;
- Prepare invoices;
- Conduct site visits;
- Perform all other related tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field;
- Minimum 5 years experience as a construction project manager;
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite;
- Bilingualism in French and English (to communicate with French-speaking customers and suppliers) an asset;
- Availability to travel to construction sites.
