Customer Service Manager

- Take incoming calls from customers (majors, independents);
- Review return requests for two brand divisions;
- Manage daily priorities, meetings and workflow;
- Work closely with the warehouse team and production during shipping/peak season;
- Support sales representatives with regards to style cancellations, reports and tools;
- Update customer delivery dates in the ERP system for sales orders, communicate these dates with the production department;
- Manage the EDI process, fulfil customers’ requirements;
- Manage invoicing, picking slips, creation of UPC codes and order allocations;
- Generate reports on department and product performance;
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in wholesale customer service;
- Knowledge of order fulfilment;
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, ERP systems and EDI order processing.
