- Manage the department's activities;
- Participate in the preparation of the department's budget;
- Take inventory of parts and equipment;
- Conduct quality audits on projects;
- Negotiate contracts with French and English-speaking customers;
- Participate in the improvement of internal processes;
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards;
- Supervise and mentor the department team;
- Identify new products through partnerships, research and development;
- Perform all other related tasks.
Requirements
- Engineering degree;
- Master's degree in engineering, an asset;
- Minimum of 7 years experience;
- Minimum 5 years management experience;
- Bilingualism in French and English.
