Senior Advisor - Talent, Culture and Communication

- Manage and participate in various recruitment processes to support advisors and managers;
- Work closely with advisors to oversee the department’s various HR projects (employer brand, training, employee experience, etc.);
- Support the coordinator in certain mandates;
- Provide a strategic advisory role for managers;
- Develop and maintain the various HR procedures and relevant documentation.
Requirements
- University degree in industrial relations or human resources or other relevant studies;
- Member of the CRHA;
- 5 years of experience in a position with similar functions;
- Excellent knowledge of various human resources areas;
- Bilingual in English and French, spoken and written (asset) (50% communication with partners in English);
- Mastery of MS Office suite;
- Experience with multi-site and multidisciplinary teams (asset).
