- Plan staffing needs;
- Ensure the quality of work performed by the team;
- Produce various reports and invoices to customers;
- Support and motivate employees;
- Solve problems and unforeseen events;
- Report defective installations to the troubleshooting team;
- Assist the site manager in all other related tasks.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years experience in housekeeping;
- 3 years supervisory experience in a hotel environment;
- Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment and procedures;
- Bilingualism in French and English (to be able to work in unilingual French and English environments);
- Willingness to travel to work sites in case of emergency.
