- Handle internal quality issues and customer complaints;
- Approve and implement standard operating procedures;
- Ensure compliance with policies, regulations and customer requirements;
- Conduct internal and external audits;
- Provide updates to customers and management;
- Collaborate with production teams to improve quality and efficiency;
- Implement improvement initiatives based on performance data;
- Provide daily quality reports to management;
- Ensure compliance of documents related to food safety and quality;
- Investigate risks, failures and customer complaints;
- Approve site-specific deviations and necessary releases;
- Use data tools to track and resolve quality issues.
Requirements
- DEC or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field;
- 5 to 7 years' experience in the quality field;
- 3 to 5 years experience in team management;
- Knowledge of ISO-9001 standards.
