- Develop the sales strategy for managed accounts, considering client needs, market trends, and internal offerings ;
- Research and analyze markets to identify new clients and expansion opportunities ;
- Consolidate project and market data to propose tailored and competitive solutions ;
- Create project plans by optimizing resources and timelines to deliver solutions to accounts ;
- Design customized solutions for new and existing accounts, while ensuring policy and pricing compliance ;
- Quickly address issues to maintain positive client relationships.
- Build professional networks within client organizations ;
- Attend industry events to strengthen the network and represent the company.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an
- Experience in account management or B2B sales;
- Commercial damage insurance license (AFM);
- Commercial or broker license required (RIBO, AMF), or ability to obtain one within 3 to 6 months;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
- Bilingualism in French and English required;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Strong networking and client relationship skills;
- Self-motivated and proactive, able to work in a team.
