E-commerce Operations Manager

- Ensure constant improvement of the website to optimize sales and the customer process;
- Oversee daily management of the order processing center, orchestrating the flow of operations from receipt of merchandise to the shipment of orders;
- Handle the listing of products on the e-commerce platform, including data entry, quality assurance of visuals and descriptions, and updating the online catalog;
- Lead the operations team, including the Web Orders Manager, ensuring optimal execution and high morale within the team;
- Analyze key performance indicators, such as delivery times and order quality, and implement strategies to achieve and maintain company standards;
- Coordinate product receipt, ensure inventory accuracy, and optimize stock organization in the warehouse;
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and introduce innovations to increase operational efficiency;
- Provide top-tier customer support, manage complex requests, and ensure overall customer satisfaction;
- Work closely with the co-founders to align operations with sales and marketing strategies and highlight strategic products.
