Marketing Manager

- Collaborate with the E-commerce Department to strategize and drive growth for online business initiatives;
- Manage all marketing activities, including ad campaigns, social media content, and activations;
- Establish and maintain social media partnerships and communication schedules across all relevant business units;
- Develop and execute promotional and marketing calendars;
- Engage in market presentations and attend customer meetings as necessary;
- Take charge of planning and executing tradeshows, participating as needed;
- Conduct regular market research to refine and enhance strategies;
- Coordinate with Brand Leaders, IT & E-Commerce, Customer Service, and other departments to ensure alignment.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in marketing with a strong leadership background and excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- University or college degree with focus on a relevant field of study related to the role;
- Expert knowledge in MS Office applications, Adobe, and Photoshop;
- Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and Shopify;
- Excellent communicator with the ability to deliver effective presentations to business partners;
- Strong business acumen;
- Travel as required - approximately 20% of the time.
