Marketing Manager

- Lead an assertive influencer, PR, and digital marketing campaign for the brand;
- Manage the marketing team’s day-to-day activities under the direction of the VP of Branding;
- Oversee our digital ad presence, track trends, and provide actionable insights for both the brand and franchisees;
- Initiate and guide Influencer, PR, and related digital advertising efforts, including CPG partnerships;
- Work with the Development Team to generate franchisee leads and support Mobile trucks with catering opportunities;
- Collaborate with the VP Branding/Creative Director to bring creative campaigns to life that reflect our quirky vibe;
- Ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints to maintain a delightful customer experience;
- Introduce innovative ideas to keep our brand ahead of the competition and stay top of mind.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in marketing, with 3-5 in food and/or retail;
- A strong executor, with a passion for branding, marketing, and social media;
- Experience with design tools and social media platforms;
- Detail-oriented and organized;
- A team player, naturally resourceful, a go-getter, and self-starter.
