- Regularly update the website with new product listings, promotions, and inventory using Shopify;
- Ensure product descriptions, images, and content are accurate and engaging;
- Oversee all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.), creating and posting high-quality, on-brand content that engages our audience and promotes our products;
- Manage the online chat function on the website, responding promptly to customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service;
- Upload product images and descriptions to social media platforms, create marketing campaigns, and schedule posts to maintain a consistent online presence;
- Accurately input and maintain inventory levels on the website to ensure product availability for customers;
- Grow and engage with our online community, responding to customer comments, messages, and interactions in a timely manner;
- Track social media metrics, website traffic, and sales conversions to assess the effectiveness of digital strategies and make data-driven improvements.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience managing social media platforms and e-commerce websites, ideally in the fashion or retail industry;
- Proficiency with Shopify, social media tools, and content management systems;
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen eye for detail;
- Ability to create visually appealing and on-brand content (knowledge of graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe is a plus);
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
