E-commerce Manager

- Develop and recommend strategies to improve conversion, acquisition, and retention rates;
- Assist in planning the annual e-commerce budget and ensure adherence to financial objectives and KPIs;
- Work with agencies to enhance web advertising and promotional campaigns for better conversions and ROI;
- Monitor e-commerce performance metrics and ensure data-driven decision-making;
- Create and implement a multichannel strategy to boost audience engagement and conversions;
- Experiment with new marketing channels while optimizing existing ones to enhance advertising efficiency (ROAS);
- Oversee and mentor the e-commerce team, supporting their professional growth;
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team and cross-functional departments.
Requirements
- Hold a university degree in Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field;
- Possess at least 5 years of experience in digital marketing;
- Demonstrate expertise in Magento 2 and Akeneo software;
- Proficient in web marketing, SEO strategies, and e-commerce operations;
- Experienced with Google tools such as Ads, Analytics, and GTM, along with online advertising platforms;
- Skilled in using the MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
