- Communicate with clients, providing professional advice on prescriptions, available products and services;
- Promote the company’s image within the community by participating in community initiatives and business groups;
- Drive and motivate the team by conducting product knowledge session, bringing passion and energy, and providing feedback;
- Ensure that the store objectives are met in order to maintain financial growth;
- Ensure the respect of procedures, standards and regulations;
- Perform any other related tasks.
Requirements
- Alberta pharmacy license;
- Work experience in a similar role;
- Knowledge of retail pharmaceutical systems;
- Knowledge of the MS Office Suite and Nexxsys;
- Leadership and team spirit.
