Our client, a well-established pharmacy, is currently looking for a Pharmacy Technical Assistant to join their team!

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with French and English-speaking customers and assist them with their requests; 
  • Collect customer data and update files; 
  • Enter new prescriptions into the system; 
  • Prepare prescriptions; 
  • Perform all other related tasks. 

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role; 
  • Experience working in a specialty pharmacy; 
  • Bilingualism in French and English; 
  • Knowledge of MS Office Suite; 
  • Excellent customer service.
