- Oversee the purchase orders process including entering in the system, sending to suppliers and following up;
- Maintain and classify documents and reports;
- Allocate merchandise by store;
- Prepare inventory reports and performance analysis;
- Coordinate samples.
Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar position;
- Sense of organization;
- Excellent proficiency with Excel;
- Knowledge of the AS/400 system would be an asset;
- Team spirit.
