- Under the direction of the Business Development Director, drive sales growth by selling web products and services to major accounts ;
- Promote and sell advertising and sponsorships to new business partners ;
- Actively develop a new customer base to expand the user base and offer member benefits ;
- Collaborate with the Business Development Director to develop sales strategies and achieve objectives ;
- Ensure constant follow-up with existing customers, participate in events to increase visibility and identify new opportunities ;
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of market trends, competitors and customer needs;
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and opportunities identified ;
- Effectively coordinate sales activities with internal teams to ensure overall customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Education or training relevant to the position (an asset) ;
- Minimum 3 years' experience in sales and marketing ;
- Proficiency in report writing and CRM ;
- Talent for sales developed ;
- Knowledge of real estate ;
- Knowledge of web environment (asset) ;
- Bilingualism French/English required ;
- Organizational skills.
