- Ensure impeccable customer service by following the company's standards in order to build customer loyalty;
- Optimize sales and encourage employees in their sales objectives;
- Motivate his team through his leadership and positive influence;
- Responsible for recruiting, hiring and training of the sales team;
- Work in collaboration with the Human Resources and Payroll departments;
- Monitor payroll and manage store expenses;
- Ensure that hours allocated are in accordance with the hours chart established by the head office;
- Ensure that standards of merchandise maintenance and care are met;
- Ensure inventory balance in collaboration with the general supervisor;
- Apply and enforce internal rules and policies on an ongoing basis to ensure loss prevention;
- Reflect the company's brand image by wearing neat and professional attire in accordance with the company dress code.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in a similar position;
- Experience in recruiting, hiring and training;
- Experience in performance management
- Bilingualism French and English;
- Good communication skills, time management, organization and delegation.
