- Supervise all the store’s activities;
- Lead, manage and develop the team of Sales Associates;
- Oversee the hiring process and scheduling of staffing;
- Ensure an excellent customer service to foster customer loyalty;
- Manage payroll, commercial expenses and budget;
- Develop the visual merchandising for the store while staying conform to the brand;
- Coordinate in-store promotions and seasonal sales;
- Perform any other related tasks.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience of luxury boutique management;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
- Ability to lead, develop, motivate and train a team;
- Availability to travel occasionally to New York for meetings.
