- Provide outstanding customer service tailored to a luxury clientele;
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business;
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through exceptional product knowledge and negotiation skills;
- Assist clients in selecting and purchasing high-end consignment items while ensuring a seamless shopping experience;
- Actively engage with customers both in-store and online to promote products;
- Leverage social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok) to sell products, including hosting lives streams;
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of luxury and/or women’s contemporary brands, products, and current fashion trends;
- Collaborate effectively with the team to ensure smooth store operations;
- Utilize CRM software to manage client information and track sales activities;
- Ensure accurate and organized inventory management and merchandising.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in luxury retail sales or women’s contemporary fashion;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset;
- Excellent sales and negotiation;
- Passionate about luxury products and current fashion trends;
- Effective in a team-oriented environment with strong organizational skills;
- Knowledge of luxury brands and products;
- Familiarity with CRM software is an asset;
- Experience with social media platforms such as Instagram and TikTok is essential;
- Comfortable selling via live social media sessions.
