Responsibilities

  • Increase the number of customers in its territory through prospecting and opportunities with existing customers ;
  • Collaborate with clients to discuss the impacts of their issues and ensure the prioritization of their investments ;
  • Ensure market monitoring ;
  • Prepare and conduct opportunity transfer meetings with relevant internal employees according to the established process ;
  • Make prospecting calls to decision-makers and influencers
  • Publicize the company and the offer, in its market, including existing customers and organizations ;
  • Establish a preferred supplier relationship with customers ;
  • Jointly monitor opportunities with relevant employees to maximize conversion potential ;
  • Conduct visits to customers, in collaboration with the departments concerned, in order to solidify the positioning and ensure the transfer of opportunity ;
  • Collaborate with Service & Support to present proposals in response to issues ;
  • Establish service offerings, according to company processes and standards, in collaboration with Service & Support ;
  • Maintain the CRM on a daily basis (accounts, contact, prospects, opportunities, calls, visits, etc.) ;
  • Learn about the competition and their value proposition ;
  • Position itself as a reference in the OEM field ;
  • Optimize the company’s offer and marketing development ;
  • Create and execute a new customer acquisition strategy and a current customer development strategy ;
  • Increase understanding of support tools for new customer development ;
  • Communicate monthly results and sales strategy for the coming month ;
  • Take an active part in the development of seminars and congresses.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a relationship and advisory sales position in the OEM field ;
  • Knowledge of automation technologies ;
  • Knowledge of OEM process and terms ;
  • OEM Contact Base (Asset) ;
  • Proficiency with Office suite software ;
  • Proficiency in CRM Dynamics (asset) ;
  • Written and oral bilingualism (english speaking clients) ;
  • Good organizational skills ;
  • Strategic thinking ;
  • Thoroughness and thoroughness ;
  • Sound management of priorities ;
  • Openness to coaching and team calls ;
  • Accountability in achieving results ;
  • Interpersonal skills and professionalism.
