- Increase the number of customers in its territory through prospecting and opportunities with existing customers ;
- Collaborate with clients to discuss the impacts of their issues and ensure the prioritization of their investments ;
- Ensure market monitoring ;
- Prepare and conduct opportunity transfer meetings with relevant internal employees according to the established process ;
- Make prospecting calls to decision-makers and influencers
- Publicize the company and the offer, in its market, including existing customers and organizations ;
- Establish a preferred supplier relationship with customers ;
- Jointly monitor opportunities with relevant employees to maximize conversion potential ;
- Conduct visits to customers, in collaboration with the departments concerned, in order to solidify the positioning and ensure the transfer of opportunity ;
- Collaborate with Service & Support to present proposals in response to issues ;
- Establish service offerings, according to company processes and standards, in collaboration with Service & Support ;
- Maintain the CRM on a daily basis (accounts, contact, prospects, opportunities, calls, visits, etc.) ;
- Learn about the competition and their value proposition ;
- Position itself as a reference in the OEM field ;
- Optimize the company’s offer and marketing development ;
- Create and execute a new customer acquisition strategy and a current customer development strategy ;
- Increase understanding of support tools for new customer development ;
- Communicate monthly results and sales strategy for the coming month ;
- Take an active part in the development of seminars and congresses.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a relationship and advisory sales position in the OEM field ;
- Knowledge of automation technologies ;
- Knowledge of OEM process and terms ;
- OEM Contact Base (Asset) ;
- Proficiency with Office suite software ;
- Proficiency in CRM Dynamics (asset) ;
- Written and oral bilingualism (english speaking clients) ;
- Good organizational skills ;
- Strategic thinking ;
- Thoroughness and thoroughness ;
- Sound management of priorities ;
- Openness to coaching and team calls ;
