Responsibilities

  • Assess the potential customer base and uncover new business opportunities;
  • Address client inquiries via phone and email support;
  • Implement effective sales and marketing strategies aligned with the company's goals and market focus;
  • Provide technical guidance to clients, helping them identify needs and offering tailored solutions;
  • Actively promote the company's offerings and services;
  • Contribute to the preparation of quotes and maintain follow-up communications with clients;
  • Represent the company at important industry events and in targeted market segments;
  • Assist in the development of sales and marketing strategies by offering necessary support and collaboration;
  • Develop and review Excel performance reports based on key performance indicators;
  • Set up and maintain customer records in the ERP system;
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and post-sale support;
  • Handle customer complaints efficiently, ensuring proper resolution and follow-up;
  • Confirm and assess overall client satisfaction;
  • Engage in continuous improvement efforts and refine operational processes;
  • Cultivate new business relationships and expand the client base;
  • Take on any additional responsibilities as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in a similar position in the injection molding sector;
  • Relevant training or experience in injection molding;
  • Experience in B2B sales;
  • Ability to understand and analyze technical data;
  • Excellent mastery of sales strategies;
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite;
  • Knowledge of social media;
  • Availability for frequent travel;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Rigor, perseverance, and enthusiasm;
  • Organization, discipline, and ambition;
  • Dynamism, optimism, and the ability to handle setbacks.
