Sales Representative

- Take charge of customer accounts, provide customer service and technical support ;
- Negotiate contracts, monitor them and settle disputes ;
- Maintain CMR system as required ;
- Regularly monitor projects ;
- Visit clients and their sites and seek to expand the clientele of its territory ;
- Evaluate market activities ;
- Ensure and communicate an image of excellence for the company ;
- Ensure communication link with distribution, sales, production, quality, invoicing and other services ;
- Develop opportunities for developing new clienteles ;
- Make health and safety a daily priority ;
- Perform all health and safety related tasks contained in his or her workplace ;
- Consider the environmental variables applicable to the sector’s activities ;
- Develop behaviour that respects quality concepts and comply with the procedures, laws and regulations governing proper operation ;
- Participate in the various programs implemented and comply with applicable procedures, laws and regulations where applicable.
Requirements
- University degree (BAC) in administration, marketing, civil engineering, mining or equivalent (asset) ;
- 3 to 5 years of experience in similar tasks ;
- Experience with concrete and in construction sites ;
- Equivalent combination of relevant education and experience ;
- Autonomy, rigour and good diagnosis in the documentation of files ;
- Good knowledge of MS OFFICE software ;
- Valid class 5 driver’s licence ;
- Bilingualism (asset) (English clients).
