- Increase the number of clients in its territory by prospecting and opportunities with existing clients;
- Provide advice and discuss with clients the impacts of their issues and ensure prioritization of their investments;
- Ensure market surveillance;
- Prepare and conduct the opportunity transfer meetings with the relevant internal employees according to the established process;
- Make prospecting calls to decision makers and influencers;
- To be known and the Cadence offer, in its market, including existing customers and organizations;
- Identify a preferred supplier relationship with customers;
- Monitor, together with the relevant employees, opportunities to maximize conversion potential;
- Conduct visits to clients, in collaboration with the departments concerned, in order to strengthen the positioning and ensure the transfer of opportunity;
- Advise and discuss with clients the impacts of their issues and ensure that they optimize automation investments? ;
- Collaborate with the QC Service & Support, to present proposals in response to issues;
- Develop service offerings, according to company processes and standards in collaboration with the QC Service & Support;
- Collaborate with the account agent assigned to their territory;
- Know the company’s offer and positioning (including typical issues we can solve);
- Handle and maintain the CRM on a daily basis (accounts, contacts, prospects, opportunities, calls, visits, etc.);
- Learn about the competition’s offerings and their value proposition;
- Be the reference for lumber market (sawmills);
- Participate, through its knowledge of the market, in the optimization of the company’s offer and marketing development;
- Develop an understanding of the company’s support tools for developing new customers;
- Present, on a monthly basis, its results and sales strategy for the coming month;
- Actively participate in the preparation of seminars and congresses.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a relationship and advisory sales position, in the field of lumber (sawmills), mines, aluminium or steel;
- Knowledge of the process and terms of lumber mills;
- Sawmill contact base (asset);
- Technological knowledge (asset);
- Mastery of the Office suite software;
- Proficiency in CRM Dynamics (asset);
- Oral and written bilingualism (English clients);
- Good organizational sense;
- Strategic thinking;
- Rigour and working method;
- Good priority management;
- Open to coaching and team calls;
