- Conduct regular visits to clients to ensure follow-ups and build trust-based relationships;
- Provide detailed information on products, promotions, and delivery timelines;
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone and email;
- Work closely with purchasing and warehouse teams to ensure efficient deliveries;
- Monitor client orders with precision, from receipt to delivery;
- Actively identify new business opportunities by prospecting for new clients;
- Convert quotes into confirmed orders to drive sales growth;
- Stay updated on market trends to adjust and improve the sales approach;
- Participate in training sessions regularly to enhance skills and knowledge;
- Submit periodic reports to the accounting team for accurate tracking;
- Perform an annual sales review and assess performance results;
- Represent the company positively and professionally to clients and partners;
- Contribute to the annual inventory process by following established procedures;
- Complete additional tasks assigned by management or supervisors.
Requirements
- DEC or equivalent technical training;
- Sales Skills Training (asset);
- 2-3 years of work experience in a similar role, preferably in a B2B environment;
- Experience sought as a PT (Power Transmission) specialist;
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written;
- Strong negotiating and persuasive skills;
- Focus on solutions;
