After 7 years of professional experience in leading teams and with a Human Resources Management Bachelor’s Degree in hand, Gabriel decided to become a recruiter so that he could help candidates and companies find the perfect match for their needs.  

His philosophy: a healthy mind in a healthy body! Gabriel is indeed passionate about climbing and sports in general.

With a Multimedia Integration Techniques college diploma, Catherine is known for her organizational and project management skills.

After having held various positions in the restaurant and entertainment industries, she chose to pursue a career as a paralegal in several law firms.

Nesrine has held an Administrative Assistant position at Groupe RP since October 2021. She exclusively works remotely from Tunisia, her country of origin.  

Prior to that, she cumulated 3 years of experience as an Assistant Project Manager at SODIP Paris and 4 years as an Administrative and Commercial Manager in a real estate development company. Nesrine’s academic background includes an MBA in Business Administration obtained in 2015 at ISG Paris, a Management degree from IHEC Tunisia, as well as a Master’s in Law, Economics and Management (specialty in information technology economics and communication technologies), obtained at ISEM Nice.

Rachel focuses on doing what it takes to effectively bring new talent into an organization.

She has successfully filled searches for hundreds of managers across Retail in merchandising, supply chain, store operations, human resources, marketing, property development, loss prevention and business development.

Rachel’s extensive track record in senior recruiting roles within Canada’s two leading service industries – Retail and Hospitality - gives her an excellent perspective on how to get the “right” candidate for the role.

A graduate of UQAM School of Management (ESG), Marie-Ève ​​has more than 10 years of experience in the recruitment and workplace training fields.

Passionate about organisational efficiency and project management, she is now responsible for Groupe RP’s operations. She masterfully conducts large-scale projects, such as the relocation our Montreal and Quebec City offices and the integration of new technological tools and software.

With 30 years of experience in real estate, Eric can be considered Groupe RP’s expert when it comes to that industry. 

He began his career working in building and risk management, specializing in real estate’s financial aspects (sales, rentals, financing) and technical elements (energy efficiency, asset maintenance, construction). He then put all his knowledge and skills to good use to become a headhunter.   

Éric administers Cercle 13 and he is part of BOMA’s recruitment committee. He is also involved in the organization of Dankooz, a real estate NPO that helps sick children.

Sarah-Émilie began her career as a Human Resource Generalist, a position she held for almost 8 years before moving towards headhunting, a job she is now very passionate about!

Her academic background includes a bachelor's degree in Psychology and a certificate in Industrial Relations. She is also a CRIA member (Certified Industrial Relations Consultant / Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés).

After working for several years in customer service and sales, Julie changed career and took the leap towards business development and headhunting. She studied in human resources and participated in various corporate training programs.

Holder of a degree in management, Annaelle began her career in the banking sector before embarking on recruitment and headhunting. She is driven by her passion for human relations and the help she can bring to people to grow professionally and progress in their careers.

She has acquired a solid experience in Canada and abroad in various sectors, such as oil and gas, engineering, construction, renewable energies, technology, accounting and finance.

Today, Annaelle is a member of the Group RP where she is in charge of finding and recruiting the best talent for the group's clients in Quebec and Ontario.

Jean-Philippe joined the ranks of Precision Recruitment in 2012 as an Account Manager after graduating from HEC Montréal in Business Administration. He was able to quickly make his place in the business and headhunting world by helping several small businesses, professional services firms, and large companies throughout Quebec with their recruitment challenges.

Quickly becoming a driving force in the team, eager to promote the best practices of headhunting and to make his colleagues shine, Jean-Philippe was appointed partner in 2017, at the age of 28.

Renowned for his great sense of humour, he also stands out for his interest in entrepreneurship and his constant desire for innovation. He is a go-getter who seeks to always go further and develop new sectors of activity.

Patrice has evolved in retail management, and more specifically in the pharmacy industry for more than 30 years. A graduate of HEC Montréal, he gained his undeniable expertise by occupying several senior management positions for major pharmacy chains, among other roles.

After more than 20 years as a professional basketball coach in France, Olivier moved to Canada in 2013 to change his career path.

Strongly attracted to the recruitment field, he started working as a recruiter and quickly moved up to an account management position.

Specializing in architecture, design, engineering, construction and environment, Olivier collaborates with many companies, both in Quebec and in Ontario.

And he has since obtained his Canadian citizenship!

Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Commerce at Toronto Metropolitan University, Ysabela's passion for helping others succeed inspired her to pursue a major in Human Resources and Organizational Behaviour.

Elena has over 15 years of fashion experience. She has spent much of her career coaching teams at large retail chains and wholesalers in Montreal and abroad.

Working with multiple brands, suppliers, and retailers across North America, Elena has well honed her skills in sales, merchandising, purchasing, operations, and talent acquisition.

A graduate of journalism and public relations, she is a consummate professional and genuine fashion enthusiast—constantly monitoring the industry and deepening her knowledge to stay in step with market trends.

Evelyne made the jump to the recruitment industry in 2018 after graduating from UQAM’s Faculty of Law and after having practised as a notary for a few years.

Outside of her professional journey, Alexandra has been a devoted fan of Formula 1 since childhood.

David has been in the recruitment field since 2006, specializing in Accounting and Taxation, before founding Recrutement Précision in 2008, marking the first important step towards who we are today, Groupe RP.

After working for 20 years as a pharmaceutical quality control analyst, Isabelle redirected her career towards account management and technical recruitment.

Since 2015, she naturally specializes in manufacturing recruitment for the pharmaceutical, food and cosmetics industries, the three being very similar.

She recruits scientists, but also engineers, operators, and maintenance specialists. She recently started recruiting for positions in sales as well as building mechanics.

After obtaining a master’s in Human Resources Management in France, Alexandra was highly motivated to join Group RP when she moved to Quebec. The versatility of her tasks, which are focused on Operation, HR, administration, and marketing, suit her perfectly.

A former competitive athlete, she thrives to achieve her professional and personal goals with humour and perseverance.

Always smiling and cheerful, Alexandra is an active member of the company's Social Committee. She is responsible for organizing all the social activities for Group RP’s employees.

Steven's atypical career began with the National School of Humor in 2009. After working as a TV host and as an artist manager, he decided to travel to Vietnam. For several years, he continued his journey to Thailand, Japan, Malaysia, France, Belgium and finally Indonesia, where he taught business management.

Upon his return to Canada in 2019, he turned to recruitment, first as a recruiter and then as a personnel recruitment consultant.

His various experiences lead him to account managing at Group RP, a role in which he excels.

Kathy has had an atypical career and has turned these experiences into a strength. With a certificate in psychology, she sought to discover what really motivated her by taking courses in law, languages and administration.

At the same time, she worked for over 10 years in the restaurant business, rising from waiter to assistant manager. She then decided to put an end to her career in the restaurant business and resume her studies on a part-time basis. She is currently studying part-time for a degree in Industrial Relations.

Kathy began her headhunting adventure 2 years ago. She stands out for her strong intuition, transparency, analytical skills and ability to read people. She is passionate about recruitment, and particularly about profiles with atypical backgrounds. She's fascinated by people's personalities and has a knack for knowing when a job is right for them. What's more, she loves helping them find a better job.

A keen equestrian since childhood, she even knew she loved horses before she could walk. She's a keen sportswoman and hiker and, as with anything, when she sets out to do something, she likes to give it her all and rise to the occasion.

Tristan is a dynamic, efficient, and hard-working headhunter, who stands out for his work ethic, his humane approach, and his ability to adapt to any type of client and mandate.

Laetitia has a passion for retail, and it shows, as she’s been working in this field since the age of 18.

In 2018, she arrived in Quebec with 14 years of experience in management positions. She had the firm intention of earning her place in the Quebec market and learning as much as possible to continue to evolve.

After three great years as a Manager-Trainer, she decided to redirect her career path in the recruitment and human resources industry, more specifically as a Recruiter within the Group RP team.

An accountant by profession, David began his recruitment career working for a large firm specializing in accounting and finance, before joining the ranks of Group RP in 2018.

He appreciates more than anything seeing his candidates and clients progress in their careers and nurturing these relationships over the long term.

For nearly 15 years, Amir-Sébastien worked with clients in the banking, insurance, and telecommunications sectors. The pandemic prompted him to change careers towards recruitment and headhunting, to make a difference in people's lives! Both curious and deeply human, Amir-Sébastien appreciates his profession and its many opportunities to exchange with others.

Nadia is a passionate recruiter who specializes in the fashion and retail industry. After her studies in fashion marketing at LaSalle College (an international fashion school in Montreal), she worked for several years as a marketing manager for renowned brands across Canada.

Nadia's passion for retail later led her to make a career change and join a major Italian distributor.

Nadia joined the Group RP in 2013, as Director of Recruitment for the Prestige division. She was recognized as one of Canada's Top Recruiters in 2019!

A 2015 graduate of Université du Québec at Chicoutimi with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (in Human Resources Management), Yan-Éric has nearly 10 years' experience in the recruitment field, and more specifically in IT headhunting.

He has worked with several major companies in their solutions development and technology business departments.

His primary objective is to respond quickly to his clients' needs, but also to ensure a perfect match with the expectations of the candidates he meets. He stands out for his proactivity, perseverance and in-depth understanding of the IT world.

Before starting with Group RP, Lisa worked for 10 years at SAQ (Société des alcools du Québec), where she learned how to cultivate patience in a professional setting. Thanks to this experience, she broadened her wine knowledge and discovered an insatiable love for champagne.

She also completed a humoristic writing program at the National School of Humour in Montreal, which led her to work in television as a screenwriter.

She currently works for OACIQ (Organisme d'autoréglementation du courtage immobilier du Québec) as an administrative assistant in the training department, while contributing to Groupe RP’s many projects.

Lisa is also part of an improvisation group. She loves animals and napping on the sofa!

After completing his bachelor's degree in biopharmaceutical sciences at the University of Montreal, William spent several months exploring Asia and Australia.

Back in Quebec, he accumulated several years of experience in customer service and sales, and today uses all his skills to help his candidates find the perfect job!

Originally from Lyon, France, Eugénie has always been driven by a passion for discovering new cultures and horizons. Her international career first took her to Asia, where she spent a year in Japan, an experience enriched by further travels that reinforced her curiosity about cultural differences.

Her interest in people and professional environments then took her westward, leading her to Montreal, a dynamic, multicultural city where she chose to settle.

Today, Eugénie specializes in IT and information security recruitment. Thanks to her varied experience, she has developed solid expertise in this field, while building a network of quality contacts in Montreal. Originally from West Island, Robert began his career in the fast food industry, where he spent eight years before transitioning to retail sales in 2021.

In 2022, he entered the recruitment sector, initially focusing on administrative and customer service positions.

In 2023, he expanded his expertise by targeting roles in technical sales and supply chain.

Finally, in 2024, he joined Groupe RP as an Account Manager, continuing his work in these areas, primarily for the English-speaking market in Canada.
