- Contribute to the strategic planning and vision of the practice ;
- Review and authorize financial statements, tax returns, and other deliverables ;
- Ensure compliance with professional standards, ethics, and quality control measures ;
- Identify and mitigate accounting issues and risks ;
- Monitor and manage engagement budgets, timelines, and resources ;
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee accounting engagements within the practice ;
- Offer technical guidance and mentorship to junior staff and managers ;
- Communicate proficiently with clients, staff, and stakeholders ;
- Cultivate and sustain strong client relationships ;
- Drive new business opportunities and referrals.
Requirements
- CPA license ;
- Minimum 8 years in public accounting, including 3 years in management ;
- Extensive expertise in accounting standards, auditing principles, and practices ;
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills ;
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities ;
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office ;
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment ;
- Committed to continuous learning and professional development.
