- Innovatively design and create materials for marketing endeavors, product packaging, promotional materials, and digital platforms;
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to generate and implement visually engaging content tailored to specific audiences;
- Establish and maintain design templates to ensure brand consistency across all communication channels;
- Utilize expertise in packaging design and printing techniques, with a focus on home goods, to deliver high-quality materials;
- Manage multiple projects concurrently, prioritize tasks effectively, and consistently meet deadlines;
- Liaise with external vendors, printers, and suppliers to oversee production processes and uphold print quality standards;
- Stay informed about industry trends and design advancements to enhance visual content;
- Cultivate a collaborative and positive work environment, contributing to the Marketing team's success and the company's overall objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field;
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in the retail or consumer goods industry;
- Strong understanding of packaging design, printing techniques, and die-lines, particularly within the home goods sector;
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) with an emphasis on Photoshop skills;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- Highly adaptable, creative, flexible, organized, and detail-oriented individual with a good tolerance for change;
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, independently and as part of a team;
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and creative solutions;
- Experience with web design, motion graphics, or video editing is a plus.
