- Analyze work to be tendered and prepare calls for tender;
- Estimate costs related to materials, equipment and labor, as well as the scope of work for each project;
- Communicate with English- and French-speaking suppliers and subcontractors;
- Produce bidding and tendering documents;
- Analyze risk management;
- Visit construction sites;
- Perform all other related tasks.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years experience in a similar role;
- Relevant work experience for a general contractor in the commercial sector;
- Knowledge of Procore and MS Project is an asset;
- Bilingualism in French and English;
- Valid driver's license and vehicle.
