Responsibilities

  • Coordinate, review and analyze shop drawings;
  • Coordinate the clients’ requirements and modifications;
  • Track all missing documents and information required in order to execute the work;
  • Distribute meeting minutes;
  • Track bidding RFIs;
  • Provide LEED coordination, documentation and reports;
  • Conduct site visits;
  • Perform all other related tasks.

Requirements

  • Degree in engineering, construction or architecture;
  • Experience in the construction industry;
  • Knowledge of the MS Office Suite;
  • Knowledge of a project management software is an asset;
  • Ability to drive to the construction sites.
