- Supervise all site activities to ensure progress on schedule and within budget ;
- Coordinate and direct work teams, including subcontractors and suppliers ;
- Ensure compliance with the highest safety and quality standards ;
- Ensure effective communication between all project stakeholders ;
- Manage human and material resources optimally to maximize site efficiency ;
- Resolve any problems that may arise on site.
Requirements
- Technical training (asset) ;
- Demonstrated experience in heavy residential construction ;
- Proven ability to plan and respect 21-day site cycles ;
- Experience in personnel management ;
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills ;
- Functional English required (many English-speaking subcontractors) ;
- In-depth knowledge of safety and construction standards ;
- Knowledge of Procore software ;
- Thoroughness and leadership.
