Our client, a well-established construction company, is currently looking for a Senior Project Manager with an expertise in civil construction to join their team!

Responsibilities

  • Lead pursuits; participate in estimates, proposals and presentations;
  • Manage the team and coordinate with the client, the consultants and other parties involved in the projects;
  • Monitor and analyze the projects’ performance, cost and schedule;
  • Identify and manage all risks and opportunities on the projects.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in the construction industry;
  • Experience in estimating civil projects and infrastructures;
  • Design-build experience preferred; 
  • Experience in civil project management;
  • Extensive knowledge of the construction industry, laws and regulations;
  • Experience managing civil-related structures and transit projects (Bus Rapid Transit, Light Rail Transit, and railways), stations, and facilities;
  • Multiple full cycle projects, with several in the $100M+ range.
