- Review all technical documents provided and issue addendas;
- Prepare tenders submissions;
- Prepare the project’s budget;
- Communicate with sub-contractors and internal teams on a regular basis;
- Attend site meetings;
- Participate in pricing items and changes;
- Collaborate on the development of sales presentations;
- Perform any other related tasks.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience in ICI construction estimation;
- Work experience on $7M+ projects;
- Knowledge of the MS Office Suite and Microsoft Project;
- Knowledge of PlanSwift and Procore.
