- Prepare, coordinate and oversee all project activities that
- will be assigned and correct any non-optimal situations ;
- Responsible for the documentation required for all project activities to comply with quality and health and safety rules, policies and procedures ;
- Lead guideline approvals and contract amendments to reduce customer payment collection times ;
- Plan and share detailed project schedule and timelines 3
- weeks (MS Project an asset) ;
- Control and evaluate the project, proposal and contractual documents; Determine the additional documents required for the project ;
- Participate in site meetings and prepare necessary meeting reports and minutes ;
- Monitor projects, manage directives and contract amendments ;
- Verify project budgets and make projections.
Requirements
- BAC or DEC civil engineering, construction, building and architecture ;
- Certificate in Project Management ;
- BAC administration with management profile ;
- Equivalent experience in managing structural projects ;
- Minimum 5 years as project manager ;
- Experience in formwork, steel, with a general contractor ;
- Ability to read plans and manage projects ;
- Proficiency in MS Project (asset) ;
- Rigor and sense of responsibility ;
- Leadership and responsiveness ;
- Team spirit and great autonomy ;

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills ;
- Strong organizational skills ;

- Availability to travel on job sites and in the office regularly ;
