Responsibilities

  • Draft and implement human resources development programs; 
  • Participate in recognition and career development projects; 
  • Contribute to the promotion of the employer brand; 
  • Administer health and wellness programs; 
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives; 
  • Draft internal employee communications; 
  • Perform all other related tasks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources ; 
  • CHRP designation is an asset; 
  • Experience in human resources development and change management;
  • Bilingualism in French and English; 
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite; 
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
