Responsibilities

  • Perform regular maintenance on the looms;
  • Ensure the optimal operation of the narrow fabric looms;
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues;
  • Conduct regular inspections and tests;
  • Ensure compliance to health and safety regulations;
  • Maintain records of repair and inspections activities;
  • Perform all other related tasks.

Requirements

  • Related technical training or certification is an asset;
  • Work experience as a loom fixer or similar;
  • Knowledge of narrow fabric looms and weaving processes;
  • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills;
  • Good communication skills.
