Retail Merchandising Associate

- Perform scheduled merchandising visits within designated stores or territories;
- Restock sales floors from stockrooms for various retailers, ensuring proper maintenance of modular product displays;
- Replace packaging and display materials when needed;
- Strategically arrange product placement to enhance sales performance;
- Conduct inventory checks and update relevant systems;
- Report competitive activities to the Field Sales Manager;
- Engage in significant in-store events;
- Transmit relevant information to the company on a daily or weekly basis, as per requirements;
- Participate in team meetings, whether virtual or in-person.
Requirements
- Experience in merchandising or retail;
- A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for daily use;
- The ability to lift and handle material or equipment of moderate weight;
- Strong communication skills and problem-solving skills;
- Occasionally, may be called upon to work evenings or weekends.
