- Ensure the achievement of profit targets by achieving revenue targets and controlling expenses;
- Provide excellent customer service and create a comfortable sales atmosphere by leading by example, training advisors, proactively leading and scheduling;
- Select quality employees through good recruitment, interview and hiring methods;
- Train staff members to become more productive in sales and qualify for internal promotions;
- Organize and participate in staff meetings and one-on-one interviews;
- Maintain store operating standards by ensuring the application of established policies and procedures;
- Make the visual presentation and placement of the goods on the sales floor in accordance with established standards;
- Maintain the appearance of the store by ensuring that the merchandise is tidy, the salesfloor is clean and welcoming and the back room is well maintained;
- Develop a constructive working environment by demonstrating an effective management style and setting an example in all of its responsibilities;
- Contribute to the achievement of revenue objectives and the Expenditure Controller.
Requirements
- DEC in administration, and/or fashion marketing;
- Experience in managing a sales team;
- Strong leadership, team building, team mobilization, communication, employee development and training skills ;
- Excellent customer service;
- Ability to work under pressure and in a constantly changing environment;
- Knowledge of the MS Office suite;
- Availability to work days, evenings and weekends.
