Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Ensure the achievement of profit targets by achieving revenue targets and controlling expenses;
• Provide excellent customer service and create a comfortable sales atmosphere by leading by example, training advisors, proactively leading and scheduling;
• Select quality employees through good recruitment, interview and hiring methods;
• Train staff members to become more productive in sales and qualify for internal promotions;
• Organize and participate in staff meetings and one-on-one interviews;
• Maintain store operating standards by ensuring the application of established policies and procedures;
• Make the visual presentation and placement of the goods on the sales floor in accordance with established standards; 
• Maintain the appearance of the store by ensuring that the merchandise is tidy, the salesfloor is clean and welcoming and the back room is well maintained;
• Develop a constructive working environment by demonstrating an effective management style and setting an example in all of its responsibilities;
• Contribute to the achievement of revenue objectives and the Expenditure Controller.
